Maiora Yongyao Energy Co., Ltd. inked a six-year NT$3.83 billion syndicated loan agreement with Bank SinoPac, KGI Bank, EnTie Commercial Bank, Taipei Fubon Bank, Bank of Panhsin, and Bank of Kaohsiung on 6 November, marking the first syndicated loan for solar project based on the Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (CPPA) in Taiwan.
